The clients had a clear vision for their home. "They wanted something eclectic and unique,Abstract Painting but not fussy, " states Loczi. A reclaimed wood table, commercial lighting and a color palette based on blue and orange mix textures and colors to

create the trend.
BEFORE: The particular kitchen's close quarters initially made poor use of the home's spacious sq . footage. Moving two models of wing walls and the pass-through between the kitchen and the eating room created a new, open great room with

a flowing floor plan, and there's now an obvious view to outdoors.
AFTER: The particular couple has two young daughters, so they wanted to use materials that were durable as well as beautiful.Abstract Art Caesarstone counters, which cost around $4, five hundred, will stand up to wear and tear.

The particular custom-designed navy cabinets, which were a splurge at about $15, 000, point the color palette. Loczi carefully worked in combined materials, textures and shades to balance out the dark cabinets and stay consistent with

the relax of the house.

Backsplash tiles: Field Tiles, design by Cristina, Fireclay Floor tile;Large Abstract Painting

countertop: Misty Carrara, Caesarstone; cabinetry: Shaker base doorways, Kitchencraft; hood: Dacor 36-inch chimney hood; pendant light: Saturnia, Robert Abbey
A built-in banquette in the rear turned the room into an eat-in kitchen. Raffia wall covering adds another element of texture.

Walls covering: Metallic Raffia, Glowing blue Silver, Donghia; pendant light:Oversized Canvas Art
Industrial Chic Wire Tropical isle Chandelier, Shades of Lighting; table: Tema,Abstract Art AllModern; chair: Masters Chair, Kartell; upholstery: Fabricut Vertex, Quartz

and Autumn Glow
New storage space space on the other side of the kitchen made room for a spacious refrigerator, an appliance garage and a pantry. The appliances cost about $17, 000.

Loczi wanted to have the bar top flow effortlessly like a waterfall into the fireplace. However, that would've required removing a load-bearing beam and doing some serious structural work. Therefore she took the wall structure back by 2

foot instead to ensure the space still felt open.
